Products and prices

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) as MRP and include all taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what's shown.

Orders

When you place an order, you're offering to buy the products in it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms.

Food and allergens

Our chocolate contains tree nuts (hazelnut). Always read the ingredient and allergen information on the pack before eating. Our products are food, not medicine, and nothing on this website is medical or nutritional advice.

Using this website

Please don't misuse this website, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed. The Barre Cacao name, logo, illustrations and other content on this website belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
